For contraception and birth control visit your local doctor for advice and guidance.
Family Planning
All local Health Authorities offer free family planning support. To find out what is available in your area contact your local Primary Care Trust (PCT) or visit NHS website.
If you think you are pregnant you should book an appointment to see your doctor or GP. They will arrange hospital visits and check-ups for you. They will also put you in contact with a midwife who is the person who will help and support you through your pregnancy to childbirth. The midwife will visit you at home and help you prepare for your new baby.
For more information visit your Doctor or GP and find out what services are available.
